What this page is

Maison Utsav is operated from the European Union and follows the GDPR. This page is in plain language. If something is not clear, email us and we will rewrite it.

What we collect

When you write to us on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation in order to make your piece. That is the only customer database we run — there is no website account, no cart, no shopping profile.

If you use the Get Styled form (forthcoming), we briefly process what you type — your occasion, date, place, budget, and notes — to recommend pieces. We never sell or share any of it.

Inspiration images

If you upload an inspiration image to the stylist, it is processed in memory only — to draw a recommendation — and is never written to disk, logs, or analytics. Once the response is composed, the image is discarded.

Cookies & analytics

We use no marketing cookies. If we measure anything, it is via a cookieless analytics provider that does not identify you. That is also why this site does not show a consent banner.

Deletion

Write to privacy@maisonutsav.com (or message us on WhatsApp) and we will delete everything we have on you within 30 days, unless we are legally required to keep an invoice.
